It is called Airbrush Legs Leg Makeup, by Sally Hansen. I purchased the lightest of the 4 colors to choose from because of my fair colored skin on my legs.
What I loved about it is that it is water resistant, goes on really easy, does not streak or turn you orange, hides most sun damaged skin and spider veins, and makes your legs look soft and silky. Most of all, it washes off with soap and water, so it does not stain your skin or clothing. It also has a slight shimmer to it. I just found out that she has other product out for face, and body and just a shimmer spray that was supposed to be very good.
